They have already given the same answer to 2 people, by a template. At least in 4 days they checked the accounts, and would not write that someone was using something.

In this case, the reason was pretty clear cut: bots
So if they choose to still continue playing, it's easy to know what not to do. But how about cases where an account was banned and the player can't determine why? I understand that not explaining helps protection from bots, but this completely destroys the ability for those players to "continue playing, granted you adhere to our Terms of Service" |
