Hi there,

If you could please email us at support@grindinggear.com we would be happy to investigate this for you.

Why are you bumping this? Do what Luke said you should do. They aren't going to help you via the forums.

Sorry for the ping Luke.

I wrote in support and no one has been responding for 3 days. Do you think I feel good now? The start of the league is the most interesting and the more time passes, the less you want to play

I have nothing to do with this guild and I've also been wrongfully locked. I assume there is some sort of thing going on, probably the bot ban wave or something and we, the regular and honest players are the collateral damage.
I've been waiting for 5 hours now, and I know there might be people who are waiting for days, but still, even 5 hours in the first week of the league is a lot of time to sit out due to a mistaken ban or lock. I wish they'd have priorities that would benefit people like us and we would not suffer from these kind of situations.

As for you, my man HanSoloDK, I get it, you have knowledge regarding the matter and maybe you're even a GGG employee or something. But please, have a bit of empathy to the players who cannot play PoE due to GGG's staff's or technical mistakes, it really is very frustrating when you get punished for something you did not commit or just banned in advance before conducting any kind of investigation.

And one more thing regarding your comments throughout the forum's similar posts that cases can take as long as 14 days and even more to be resolved. You do understand that it sounds extremely discouraging and literally absurd, right? You're saying it the way like it's normal and the way it should be. A league lasts for 3*4=12 weeks, so if you're forbidden from playing for 16% of it, that means that's it, you're done. Not even saying how crucial those 14 days are in the beginning of the league.
From my point of view, anything over a day is unacceptable, PoE doesn't have playerbase that counts in millions, even though LoL which does have it, they're very quick to reply.
Personally I believe, everyone who has been wrongfully banned should receive something in return, it's not about it's value or desire to get freebies, it's just so you can see that the company to which you give money does give a shit about you, as simple as that. But that's not going to happen I assume :)

Well you joined PoE on this date --> Dec 27, 2012
In the reason years after Chris started his (new release every 3 months no matter what "thingy"), how has support response time been eround the december release where almost the whole GGG office is away on holiday. I think the record was more then 3 weeks response time at some of the releases. And that is normal support things. Appeals for bans go to a munch smaller deparment, so sadly this isn't anything new.

So I 100% understand the problem, but this is a management thing so there is nothing support can do about it. They have to follow orders and do what they are told to do.
So I am just trying to explain the process to people (like the ones that keep sending new e-mails and don't understand why they never get a reply.....).
Also to the people who starts with things like, I will get a lawyer or if this is not fixed I will leave and never come back. It's not helping them at all and GGG is owned by Tencent and as long as the chinese realm is "happy" then GGG can do whatever they want and the money will continue to flow......
3 weeks is this normal?) Is it normal when they are responsible for a couple of hours and I had this experience, this is normal.

hmm, now @AlwaysSmile7071 account is also banned.
I guess there was more to the story then......

This guy is not from our guild that mentioned in this post and he wrote about it earlier. You definitely have pleasure from others' misfortune, don't you?

Most of us patiently waiting for replies from GGG and you don't make things easier. Hope you'll never be in a situation like this, cause probably with your passion to tell your opinion we would be reading something similar, but from your point of view.

thx for support GGG <3
