Hi there
This is the story of my guild
Me and my friends who I meet in poe decide to make a guild a year ago to have some fun and be happy.
But our guild leader Added botts to guild and like most of the guild members where bots, but nobody know about that until this morning. I tried to loge in, but I got a message that I am banned and not only me but all my guild as far as I know.
Most of the players that got banned didn’t even know that he is doing things like that. Nobody traded with that bots or run in a party with them, but we all got banned acuity for no reason GGG didn’t even try to find out who did it they just banned whole guild.
Most of the players started poe since 2013-2014 and the value of the accounts are big for them not only MTX but the items they collected. These players didn’t do anything wrong just got under the hot hand of GGG BANWAWE because of a mistake of our guild leader . The bots didn’t have any mtx I think, and this will be maybe a method to find out the bots and unban players who don’t have even a clue WHY they got banned!
My main account name is gemka2 by support YaArmeninN1 we made this post to get our and account of people who really care about poe unbanned!

You are not being ignored, neither is your clan.
If you and your clan have followed the correct procedure, then your case is being looked at -->

1. E-mail GGG support from the e-mail connected to the banned account.
2. In the e-mail you confirm "ownership" by putting in the account name + 2 - 3 char names.
3. In the e-mail you also state that you feel that you have been incorectly banned and want to appeal this.
4. You give ALL and VERY specific information that you feel GGG should look at doing this appeal process.
5. You wait until you get a reply. This can take 14+ days.

Also your story don't really make sence, since you claim that you didn't know anything about the bots but then suddenly you know it now.....

Also your story don't really make sence, since you claim that you didn't know anything about the bots but then suddenly you know it now.....

I, as one of the banned, am responsible only for myself and cannot say what to do or not to do to others, just as I can not force to refuse or agree to use something, it does not really concern me. As an honest player, I suffered and, in fact, 14 days does not really suit me, considering that I will hear in response "we apologize for the inconvenience."

I'd like to be quick. more than 10 people are waiting for the result

When you created your account, you agreed to the ToS. You should read more carefull what you agree to next time.

Be so kind and tell us all where in the user agreement is the clause that says that I, as an honest player, should be responsible for the player who breaks the rules ?????


I have never used any third-party programs when playing in poetry (when they check my account logs to make sure of this), I supported the project financially due to my capabilities, but they ban me, for what ???


I'm sure the situation will be resolved and the innocent will be unbanned, but it is possible to wait up to 14 DAYS Karl !!!, when this happens at the start of the league it really spoils the mood.
