Sure, that works. You could also just stick those triggered skills on a Level 1 CWDT and it saves you an affix on your wand, making gearing a bit easier. But really just a matter of preference.

Do we know what the maximum amount of base doom is? I can only see gain of 10 per second.

I kinda feel like Hex Master is going to be really good to include, and potentially Malicious Intent to a lesser degree.

Hex Master and Malicious Intent are almost useless with Doomsday keystone

I am not sure if I understand how Hexblast works.

We apply Flammability, wait a few secs to let it build up Doom and then we cast Hexblast on it and let ignite proliferation do the rest?

Cast Flammability after Hexblast so the enemies take increased fire damage from ignite

What do you not understand?

1. Cast Flammability
2. After 1 second it gets max doom
3. Cast Hexblast
4. Flammability gets consumed to give Hexblast more damage
5. Enemies get ignited
6. Cast Flammability again so ignite does more damage
7. Enjoy big burns

Throw in Scorching Ray totem for bosses

I went ahead and added all the calcs to PoB.

Add these lines to a ring or something then use ice nova as your main skill.

Chaos Damage can Ignite, Chill and Shock
Cold Spells have 100% of Cold Damage converted to Chaos Damage
400% More Damage with Hits
280% More Damage with Ailments
Spells have -1.0% to Critical Strike Chance
29% Less Cold Damage

TLDR, it's about 1m-1.5m DPS with fairly inexpensive gear.
