I play on voice with other people and we make it a point to find and yell 'Dead Baby!' whenever we run across one.

People will be offended by dead babies, people will be offended by exposed nipples, people will be offended by magic in Harry Potter. People will always be offended and to pander to them is almost certainly a mistake.
