Yeah dev's have confirmed it's a baby, a while ago when someone first made a post on them a developer responded with "good eyes!". Of course, you can just consider it a doll if you find the idea of washed up bloated babies offensive (not being sarcastic here, I can easily see how such a prospect could be disconcerting).
