Hows the build fairing this league? I'm getting better at farming up currency and I wanna try it, but it's sounding like maintaining two storm rings is getting a bit much? Kind of worrying

IM playing this build right now (leveling phase) I have alot of currency to put on it (120 ex++)
Do I buy inpulsa or a frenzy explode chest is better? I have badge of the brotherhood? Do i Use it, do I need to make change in the passive tree? I just want to push this on the max and need a bit of help with that Thanks! | |

How is your character getting frenzy charges? It feels like that shouldnt be set on configuration in POB.
