I love GGG, I love PoE, but this is the first time in my near 1k hours I am genuinely disappointed.

I wouldn't call myself a dedicated league player, I get by, made a few ex in some leagues, never bothered with crafting so for someone like me I can't even be bothered to read the guide for the mechanic never mind engage.
Would echo what others have said, it's basically standard with less inflated prices.

I gave it a try, another bad league for me. Glad I didn't buy a supporter pack this time around.

20 hours in and I can't stand the garden anymore. No tutorial, no explanation. Can't even find how to buy a storage tank. The worst part being "the loot is the craft" so the loot is garbage, the map progression loot is garbage. Just wow, I won't last long in this mess.

There is not even loot from the mechanic its like playing standard

This league is amazing. I havent been interested in a league mechanic like this in years.

To be fair to GGG, they did produce a tutorial for the league mechanic which is a first for them: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2874544

This indicates to me, perhaps a next level of customer service as it's been an issue raised for multiple leagues that many players don't get value out of working out how to interact with something new and complex. It might also be an indication that internally GGG realised the mechanic was not intuitive and it was likely to result in confusion.

By far the worse league i'm already bored.

it's like standard league with a farm to craft in.

i play this game for action not for startdew valley. if i wanted to farm, id either play the stardew or something amazing like harvest moon. fuckin unreal someone gave this the thumbs up at the adult table. in what world would you think pushing this content on players is a good move.

im more than positive numbers have already dropped day 2 and metrics for this season will be dogshit. in the end they will lose money from people not buying MTX as they will not be involved with or playing the game whatsoever.

this league shouldnt have even been released, they could have just extended the prior and told the community they didnt have something they felt was on par for a quality release and i believe everyone would have been may more pleased with the results.

unfortunately now they are gonna be bombarded by a PR nightmare.

im done playing, looking forward to either a. a GIANT patch changing the entire mechanic so it drops quality loot and doesnt make me create Rube Goldberg machines or b. they scrap the league and revert to the former.

sad because i love this game, but this isnt fun and the point of gaming is to have "FUN"

Welp, not even through A10 and already loathe everything about this and not even bothering to engage with the mechanic anymore.

It brings gameplay to a crushing halt, requires a bunch of obnoxious micromanagement, and largely provides (at least at the start) only crafting bonuses that I have no interest in as I don't spend much time crafting.

I miss getting loot and currency from the mechanic as I level. It's like they took the feedback of "Delirium is too fast" and went way, way, way, way too hard in the other direction.
