Has game died down significantly over past few days?

You must be either completely retarded, or talking about a different game.

Viable pro play champs: Ahri, Akali, Alistar, Amumu, Anivia, Annie, Ashe, Blitz, Brand, Cait, Cass, Cho, Corki, Mundo, Draven, Elise, Eve, Ez, Galio*, GP*, Garen, Gragas, Graves, Hecarim, Irelia, Janna, Jarv, Jax, Jayce, Karma*, Karth, Kass, Kat, Kayle, Kennen*, Kha, Kog, Lee, Leona, Lulu, Lux, Malph, MF, Nami**, Nasus, Nid, Noc, Nunu, Olaf, Ori, Renek, Rengar, Rumble, Ryze, Shen, Shyv, Singed, Skarner, Sona, Swain, Syndra, Taric, Thresh, Tris, Trundle, TF, Twitch, Udyr, Urgot, Varus, Vayne, Vi, Vlad, Voli, WW, Wu, Xer, Xin, Zed, Zyra.

* don't see much pro play atm due to meta, not because of not being viable
** sees play, but mainly in Korea

Score: 80/120, or ~67%.

Fine, a tad lower than I claimed, but close enough, and more than double your claim.

Debatable: Mao (sees some pro play, but tends to disappoint), Morg, Naut, Riven… and I'm probably missing a few here.

Inb4 disagreeing with 40 of the champs I listed: aside from the few marked with *, this is based on continuously watching most pro games in NA, EU and Korea. If you disagree, you simply do not watch those (enough). Sit, boy.

Viable is a pretty subjective term, to say it with such conviction leads me to believe I must be talking to the leading player in MOBA's. If you leave no room for discussion in the realm of what is and is not viable then you are a fool.

Since you seem to be unable to read or comprehend properly, I will repeat and hope that this time you will do a better job at it:

Let me know if you need a hug. :)

I have noticed a marked decrease in global chat interactions on hardcore, but some may view that as a plus :P. Also, the game's popularity amongst xfire users is steadily and quickly declining, but I don't know how representative of the whole community that subset of users is. I'm sure it'll eventually settle at a healthy core of dedicated fans, and that's probably good enough for GGG.

You didn't clear anything up... you think watching a few streams makes you the leading authority on whats viable or not? the irony of your subjective claims and rhetoric are humors though.

I'm simply describing what I'm seeing. Champs that can be used in professional play with success are, by definition, viable. Hence, I am stating facts.

I'm sorry if this is too hard for you to understand.

My hug offer is still outstanding — you seem like you could use one ;)

LoL is one of the most well-engineered PvP games ever. Gameplay mechanics focus on reward rather than punishment (unlike Dota/HON), RNG has been almost entirely eliminated in 2012, and roughly 75% out of the ~120 champs are perfectly viable in professional play without making champs bland or copies of others — an amazing feat of balance. Combine that with the true F2P nature and the low system requirements, and you know why LoL is the most popular game ever created (with the worst community ever ;)

Try around 20-25% of champs are viable in professional play. 30% if you're feeling generous or a team decides to do something rather unknown (ad kennen by m5)

Lol get your own style nab, you can't just be a mirror spending your time watching others instead of doing yourself.

*grabs popcorn*

why so much fightning over another game that's not even poe...

The rest of the 'end-game' content will be available along with a heap of new stuff when the game launches in a few months time. From what I've seen it's going to be awesome. - Michael_GGG

You sound mad. I take it this is because you could not find the words to refute my post?

So many nerds in this thread. So funny to watch. Arguing over another game over a PoE forum LOL

Especially the ones offering unwanted hugs.
