Having similar issues, get to 5/3/1 on most maps, I'd say on most maps I've done the fog has been clearing whilst I'm fighting the map boss (which is infuriating) and I come out with 2-7 splinters. Before the recent patch I was getting 30ish per map. Mostly running t14/16. Oh, and I very very rarely see a delirium boss outside of the simulacrum.
Dunno if this is related or not but the cluster jewel drop rate also seems to have dropped off a cliff since that last patch too, I can run 20 red maps and not see a single jewel, before the patch I was seeing 1-3 per map. Last edited by Xenthian#7927 on Apr 11, 2020, 2:54:49 AM

And here I thought I was crazy. A few weeks ago I was getting 20-40 pretty consistently, ever since the patch to 3.10.1 I've been having trouble getting above 15. I did 30-40 juiced up T14s with everything under the sun, hit level 6 fog, alva, legion, etc, etc. Never got above 20 splinters, hell sometimes I'll get as low as 1 or 2. This shit needs to be fixed, It feels awful to play this. Getting more and more frustrated.

Everyone I know who plays this game has told me they have observed a significant decrease in splinters dropping since around the vacuum patch, and many of them have mentioned cluster jewel/delirium orb drops feel affected as well, though I don't have any data in that regard to make any assertions to that end. This is getting ridiculous GGG, we know how many splinters we were getting before by doing the same content and there is a stark, data backed difference we are observing now. It would be nice to get some confirmation you guys are actively looking or have any suspects on what might be causing it, not just giving us non-sequiturs on what increases splinter drop rate. A function with static inputs does not suddenly give you a different set of results. There's no powercreep here. Creep implies it's slow and could be overlooked, this is a full out sprint.

Been running 20% quality tier 14-16 rare red maps with 4 prime sextants, often corrupted, for conqueror stuff. My average splinters per map from over 50 maps is about 8 per map. I've had some drop no splinters whatsoever, including an 8 mod corrupted t16 chateau with scarabs and master mission. Before the 3.10.1 patch I always got at least 20 from any decent red map, and now the highest I got from any of them was 18 from a t14, max sextanted conservatory map where I killed twin bosses and a delirium boss. This is objectively a massive drop since the patch, and silence is not an acceptable policy on it.

How can you @GGG ignore this in good conscience? They're not even attempting to claim this is intended behavior, they're just pretending this is invisible.

I was getting 20 to 40 splinters per T16 Promenade now it's lucky if I can get 20 (most times it's like 12).
