@GGG Broken drops of splinters introduced in 3.10.1

Shortly after the update dropped I went from getting 30+ splinters average per map, to less than 5 splinters per almost every map, never even passing 15 aside from alva anymore. With a sample size of at least 100 maps before and after, and with hearing the same thing from hundreds of other players, there is no doubt that something was changed, yet GGG refuses to respond to or even acknowledge anything about this issue. Additionally, my alva's now drop more than twice the total maps' splinters PER incursion, which cannot possibly be intended behavior given relative mob and fog distance, whereas before the drops from these were proportional. It seems logical that the splinters that are not being vacuumed are the only ones not being broken by the addition of the vacuum.

If you're going to tell me to "just clear more" or some asinine shit, read the post and realize that the variables have not changed(my ability to clear under the fog, the map tier, layout etc.,) only the outcome and thus there has been some change, intentional or not, to the process that determines splinter rewards.

This issue has completely sapped my motivation to play, as I have gone from getting a simulacrum every 10-ish maps to it taking me probably 60 maps for a single one.

GGG, we require at least some verification that you are aware of people's experience with this, whether or not you believe it is happening, or if it was intentional or not.

Yes, I'm affected and posted about it as well.
Is it because my minions kill? Is it because I freeze stuff and shatter with my minions?
Obviously something is broken, when I get to 5/3/1 rewards and kill the map boss and get 0-6 splinters in t14-t16 maps.

It's real fun mapping all day to make 300 splinters, when friend has sold 8x simulacrum spawns in that time since he drops 30 per map, farming t7 zone.

What is it gonna take for you to acknowledge this GGG? Should I start posting names of scammers? That gets much faster responses than league breaking bugs.
