Blackguard (Arc)mage spectres don't cast Lightning Thorns

Bump in hope of fix.

Hoping this will get fixed in the new league.

SHort video where I punch a Blackguard Soldier with the Lightning Thorns buff supplied by a Blackguard Arcmage. As you can see nothing happens when the Soldier is hit.

Minor update: the Promenade boss, unique variant of Blackguard Arcmage, has the same bug, where the Lightning Thorns skill does nothing if you hit someone who is under its effect.

Still no fix for this issue. It has been more than a year since I reported it.

If more info is needed about the bug, please let me know. I'd love to see this bug fixed. Blackguard mages without their unique (and rightfully feared) skill isn't fun.

Still no bug fix for this. Lightning Thorns is currently only a visual effect and is only cast by monsters.

Update: the same problem exists with Lunarsworn Wintermages and their cold version of the Lightning Thorns skill.
