I'm curious about the relationship between a writing error, and a download location though.

This issue come from the hotfix if I am not wrong.
Maybe the hotfix were a little too hot and some network issues were introduced, idk

Same problem here, could anyone advise me a good free vpn / tell me how to use it ? Consider my informatic skills are boomer-tier :/

I cannot start PoE as I get a small patch to load (28.65 MB) but when the green bar is full I get the message "Connection failure - Error failed writing received data to disk/application while downloading http:patchcdn.pathofexile.com/3.10.0.1/Pathofexile.exe"

The application was working fine last night on league launch and the rest of the PC is also working fine.

Looks similar to all. I am also playin in France but have no possibility to get to another server (it's patching, not the choice you have when you have loaded the game).
