Wolcen overtook POE as the new number 1 arpg game on Steam (127k concurrent players at the moment)

POE's all time best was 123K sometime back in 2018 but never managed those player numbers again.

Do u guys think this will trigger GGG into fixing POE for a change and releasing a good quality league with finished development of it for a change, or are they going to continue ignoring how half complete the game is to just double down on POE2 development?

Steam and PoE client combined, Path of Exile's record was at Betrayal around 189k players. I don't think that's been beat in PoE's releases yet, and Wolcen probably won't beat that before it takes a hard nose dive in a week. Still, good on them, not a small feat beating a free to play game with a $40 game on the biggest gaming platform on PC

Wolcen's main client that the majority of their players use isn't on Steam, unlike POE who has a 50/50 split of players on the official client and Steam.

it's more like 70% steam 30% PoE client based on any of the launch numbers GGG has released occasionally

chris said the vast majority of players play through steam so at this point in time there's probably less than 10k players paying through the standalone client

There are many ppl lov the league but i wont, so boring u keep repeating farm for standard just to PVE?!?!but u dun even got time to play standard xD, challenge for skin? just sell the mtx skin.... i dun wan to play an onlines games like super mario that keep starting over at stage 1 lul!

Poe hav more players but how many of them are bots or trade bots xD
