Can we stop pretending that Path of Exile is free to play?

Ahh yes, the Holocaust was bad, so a dozen school shootings is fine.

This logic though. Two things can be different levels of bad. A discussion (that holy hell, has gone on too long and become more obscure than I could have ever imagined) isn't necessarily a bad thing to have about the lesser of two evils.

These threads remind me of the people arguing RNG was the biggest factor in winning races.

And then you pointed out the top 10 people in every race event being the same people....and they continued to argue that RNG was the biggest factor.

Good times on the forums four years ago...

Oh no, they chery pick arguments to attack.

It's quite obvious with how they don't respond to posts directed at them and then several pages later drop back in to attack one sentence in a post you addressed at somebody else.

No because the lack of perspective leads to people thinking these two are that close together, its more like your example vs stubbing you toe.

You could have this discussion about Planetside 2 for example and there would be lots of interesting points to raise as that is borderline but PoE is as far away as a free to play game can get from actually forcing you to buy something.

I installed kingdom under fire last weekend as it had a free weekend and literally the second message I got in game was do you want to buy a booster? Lmao

Boem writes in few different messages:

Each of those sentences means something different.
