Some people try to scam me but I did not fall for it ( this was like 3 leagues ago) but they are SCUMBAGS, and will keep on doing it tell they get a ban and they will just start again there is not much they GGG will/can do to stop it

samers = SCUMBAGS any way you slice it

I'm pretty sure most of them aren't scumbags, just trendy robots. People see all the posts about scamming here and on Reddit like "Oh, what? That's a thing people do? I wanna do stuff people do.". Then proceed to scam.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.
If they started banning scammers left and right, the griefers would simply adapt and make their new game into getting people banned. You'd have people who entrap others just for the delight of watching them get banned. "Come practice this scam with me!" only to get some stupid kid to fall for it and get banned for just kidding around.

i can imagine kids blackmailing each other. that's the next logical step for me. if you got several grands attached to your account you have a strong interest keeping it. i do.

This is akin to saying "if you didn't want to get raped, you shouldn't have dressed that way." Which is absurd.

This is a poor analogy. In the rape scenario, the victim has no control over the situation. When it comes to trade scams, the victim does. They control whether or not they actually look at the items for sale before they click accept.

Ultimately, the scammer is the one most to blame for the scam, but the victims do need to own up to their share of the responsibility.

It's more like having a one night stand then regretting it in the morning.
