Basilica Map always missing 1 organ

I've run basilica many times to "0 monsters remaining" and there is always 1 organ missing. It is probably because of the boss transitions. It goes from 1 form to another. Last bumped on Jan 1, 2020, 10:52:18 AM

true, i ran it twice today and i did notice 1 missing organ on both runs.
