Missing a Metamorph Part after clearing the Basilica Map

What I expected to happen;
When I cleared the Basilica map I was expecting to have all available parts to create a metamorph What actually happened; I was missing one part (an eye of high "rarity") even with all monsters killed I speculate this is because the First boss of the Basilica map is the initial "boss" of the Innocence fight, but does not die by standard means. Steps to reproduce; 1. Open a Basilica map (the one I used was a rare level 76 version) 2. Clear the map 3. Fight and kill Konley, the Unrepentant 3a. You should not have a part rewarded for this action 4. Fight and kill The Cleansing Light 4a. You should have a part rewarded for this action 5.
