Watchtower does not show up.

I was also missing a watch tower in Valdos Rest.

This is on my standard account.

Someone in this thread mentioned they ran a T16 Vaal Temple and it spawned the watch tower for them.

So I bought a T16 Overgrown Shrine, killed the boss, and zanas portal opened and got my watch tower.

I almost didnt see zanas portal cuz i was checking my atlas to see if watchtower spawned.
