Same shit here.
Have more then just 1 char. But i also can´t get the missing 3 Watchtowers (Lex Pro, Glen Cair, Valdo Rest) on my first Character. Also not on any other Char. Cant progress. Thanks a lot. League doen for me. Maybe i will be back in PoE2....if u fix ur game. Too bad that i invested a lot of money in PoE gg wp ggg @ALL: Any1 here already fixed his bug? Currently atlas awakening level 4 with 17 watchstones collected
didn't obtain watchtower for Valdo's rest prior to first sirus encounter all zones require region level 4 to spawn exile but Valdo's rest doesnt have a watchtower so it will always be 0 can't spawn exiles in Valdo's rest to get its 4 watchstones edit: first map after reporting (t16 vaal temple [which is inside valdo's rest]), citadel portal appeared and gave valdo's rest watchtower. either ggg gods are watching or weird bug Last edited by kliang96#5431 on Dec 18, 2019, 3:03:24 AM

Im having this issue, and its not because of having another character that started maps, because i have only ever used this character only and im still not getting any citadels show up.
