micro stutters/fps drops

BUMP. Running out of excuses for GGG. This league is a total shit show. 1070 with i7-4770k "running" on windows 10

having similar FPS issues, it just randomly drops to zero while mapping. its especially bad in maps where the new conqueror specific mobs spawn.

Since new patch early today i unable to play my frame rates drops from 30 to 1.

Still having the same issue after several patches, game drops to EXACTLY 30fps and a frametime of 36ms no matter what, here is it happening in a completely empty ledge

I been having the same problem. Standing around in my hideout, I'd get these frame drops and stuttering. Been going on since I fired up the new league a couple days ago. Hell, even clicking on orbs to mess with items caused issues.

have played the whole day without big problems or stutters (only leveling)
since an hour frametime spikes / fps drops and lags again... COME ON GGG .. whats wrong with your servers ? If anyone from GGG reads this or even cares, I solved my specific issue of random drops to exactly 30fps no matter what you're doing by LEAVING MY GUILD that has max stash tabs and the max amount of accounts in it.
