micro stutters/fps drops

I've recently been having very bad stutters and i notice my fps sometimes drops as my game freezes and stutters fps will drop from 210+ to 30 easily during maps, also just stuttering walking around in my hideout . Wondering if anyone has any ideas to help recently did all my Nvidia settings , unplugged 2nd monitor and reinstalled poe and nothing helped

I have the same issue, 200 fps dropping to 30 inside hideout and during gameplay after 3.9

Same here... Got lag/disconnect. Was at the map with citadel at the time, after login, all my portals were gone!
Given that I just started with red maps and have an issue with sustain (without spending chaos), this hit me hard...

same issues here with a 1080ti. put settings all at low and ultra and its the same story. turning off vsync helped a bit but the stuttering is still there no matter what i'm doing in game. also tried changing things to nvidia settings and back and forth and its still happening.

edit update: turned off the framerate cap and it feels much better now. not perfect but alot better than before.

AMD Vega56 / Ryzen 3600 / 16GB Ram / Win10 (fully updated)

same Problem .. FPS dropping hard sometimes from capped 120 to 30.
Last Leagues i´ve had same Problem with a GTX970 + i7 4790k.

Changes CPU + GPU .. new Windows .. tryed everything i could find in the last months but nothing rly helps.
Problems starting with 3.5 (Betrayal)
Frametime is going crazy sometimes.




Is there anyone out there who can play this game stable at 120FPS or something .. without drops ?

Btw: Every League people opening threads about performance problems.. stuttering / fps drops .. GGG, pls.. if there is no option to fix this pls tell us - then i can stop searching for a solution

Im having the same issue, 1070 and an i7-6700k. Im getting 150+ frames and itl drop to 10 or 20 if alot of mobs are in the area

Think thats it for me this league again.
Man i wish i could play this game because i love it.
But this FPS drops all the time makes the game not enjoyable for me.

6700t, 16gb ram, 580, Windows 10, 1440p.

I'm having a similar issue since the 2nd or 3rd patch of 3.9. Game ran fine but then started getting these drops in FPS/spikes in frame times(20ms).

This is on all lowest settings on a 580. It's as if Dynamic Resolution isn't working, even though it's on.

I plugged in my old 1050ti and get a steady 60-90fps and you can see the Dynamic Resolution kicking in to keep the frames up. So thought it may have been an AMD thing but appears Nvidia posters here have same issue.

I tried reinstalling the game, and even made a fresh Windows 7 partition for testing. Same issue. Even lowering the resolution to 1080p makes no difference.

i7-4770k, 16 GB of RAM, Strix 2070 8GB. Lots of frame stutter, but enabling dynamic helps quite a bit.

Kicker on my end is I'm playing in 5k
