Crashes, 5700 XT AMD Issue?

Just checking in again for anyone crashing that hasn't tried the Vulkan fix -
I use an Nvidia GPU (2070) and an AMD CPU (3700X), was crashing every few mins. Applied the workaround yesterday, haven't crashed a single time since, after hours of play. There was some initial hitching anytime a new texture appeared on screen, but the API caches the texture when it shows up, so it doesn't hitch when it appears later. The hitching has gotten much better. Thank you to whoever magically engineered that shit. That said, I think my crashing was unrelated to the crashes involving the league mechanic. Tried the last update 3.9.0e, reseted shader cache (from game and from AMD Panel) , restarted PC. Went to the riverways, picked up an organ, triggered Tane by clicking his button.
Immediate CTD after the game locks up for some time. In my case as posted previosly i'm using a R9 370. So the potential fix did not work for me. [I'm not using the Vulkan workaround] Clien Worker log

Sent a PM, downloaded the 3.9.0e patch and cleared two maps in Act 6 while summoning Octavius without problem, then made it to the Riverways and crashed the GPU as soon as he is summoned.

Can confirm (at least on my end) with the latest patch, 3.9.0e, Courtyard Map and Pier Map, are NOT crashing anymore with Octavious spawn, this 2 maps were like my nemesis. Will test more... so far, great job GGG!

I'm so glad I found this thread, I thought I was going crazy. I bought a 5700xt reference edition secondhand,and thought it was the card. It works fine on things like the new star wars game. It's POE every damn time the Metamorph guy pops up the green smoke gives me the black screen. Even with everything visual on the lowest settings. I've just started not worrying about league mechanic.

yeah was running the pier map and kept using the bottom right button to summon the guy every min to test, 4th summon got me the black screens forcing me to restart pc manually so didnt fix :(

Still have the same crash while doing Pier's, only crashed when clicked the icon for him to appear, when he appears by himself he doesn't crash the game, at least in this last hour.

Downloaded 3.9.0e. Ran a Volcano. Summoned him once, no problem. Clicked the button again a few screens away and got a hard crash again. Both monitors go black, system stops responding. Have to hard reboot. Sent a PM with DxDiag.
