Arcane Raise Spectre Effect

While I do find this to be a pleasant MTX I am still disappointed that it only applies to one skill gem. As has been shown with a few other gems, such as the heralds, golems and to lesser extent auras, you are able to make MTX applicable to multiple gem skills. This would make them more valuable as it would then be usable with several playthroughs of different skills rather than the same thing over and over. Please consider this change to skill gem MTX.
