Blighted-Fire Raiser and Blighted-Fire eater

i miss this 2 rare blight monsters i've been playing league for 2 weeks and i dont think that it is rng. can someone help?

One of those two was my final rare monster and I finally got him today. It was in some random blighted map.

I'm still missing 1 of the 23 unique monsters despite probably having killed 500 uniques already. I think some are either more rare or don't appear in certain maps.

lmk what blighted map gives the Fire-Eater, if you find out. I've done a few dozen and haven't found it yet. thanks!

EDIT: Lava Lake. Pretty rare though.

Do you mean normal lava lake map or blighted one?

Just do normal Lava Lake Blight Encounters and he should spawn eventually. Might take around 20 maps or more. Confirmed my multiple people with 36+ challenges.
