Minotaur was still a pretty quick kill even with Terminus Est. Are you hit capped? In Stone Stance? A combination of mods like increased boss health, reduced physical damage, reduced critical strike damage? Something interesting: Infused channeling might be worth running on the Cyclone link. I'll have to test, but it looks like the Infusion buff will amplify Flicker Strike with 10% MORE damage. Buff duration is 6 seconds and Cyclone/Flicker Strike have overlapping damage categories.
