New Shatter Sound Makes Shatter Builds Unplayable

Having tested... Mass-packs of shattering actually now perform worse on my computer than they did before. With the old system, I suffered no performance hiccups... And now, sometimes, I do.

So I don't quite buy the "ruining the sound improved performance" argument.

I really don't see why they thought making it sounds like every other explosion (phys, fire, chaos and inpulsa pop) is a good idea, shatter had a unique sound and was the most satisfying out of all of them, please revert it.

Did some one tryout different herald mtx? Cos they also making different sounds sometimes.. Mayb GGG want to keep different sounds for different mtx? Can someone try it plz? I’m at t work and won’t b home till end of the week...

The first one reminds more like shattering a big table of ice or glass, the second on is like "pop" and thats it . Who on earth think that the change is justified, or more acceptable than the previous sound .

Pretty please revert it back, okay ?

Damn I haven't played shattering builds since the Blight release and .... holy cow that sounds bad, or at least out of place for shattering ice blocks...

Yeah we all are in the same page, i think the new sound is meh.
I want the old shatter sound back, I hope is possible.

I’m playing mostly cold based builds and this crappy “pop” sound just takes half of the fun of it:(
PLEASE GGG get it back to normal shatter sound...
