New Shatter Sound Makes Shatter Builds Unplayable

Why GGG... No reason to make this change. Bring back the shatter sound we all enjoy

+1... That sound was legit one of the big reasons I got so much into PoE
The only mistake one can ever make is to not learn from his mistakes.

+1. The old shattering sound is the quintessential foundation of PoE

I first thought my soundbar was broken, or something else in my setup.. But no of course not, it's just another fuckup from GGG. This new sound for shatter is bad, incredible bad. The shatter sound was my incentive to play cold builds and enjoy the game.. both are not present anymnore. |

^ Yep, just as long as this new sfx has some kind of shattering sound to it, I should be satisfied.

It's also worth mentioning that the new Ice Shatter sound has received some changes, and we're planning to include them in 3.8.1 as well. While we're not going to restore the old sound (as it had some significant technical issues), the new one has been significantly improved from the version that shipped in 3.8.0.
