I don't remember such thing but they added more enchants in 3.8 the casino roullete the hamster wheel will never stop. and they double down with adding more boots enchants as well, good luck there grinding exile! :( Cyclone Slayer was the first char I reached maps with without a single death. First char I killed Shaper on, Uber Elder, Uber Atziri. I was really looking forward to play it again... but as I understand it basically gets a huge range nerf, added damage nerf, 10% attack speed nerf and 10% movement speed nerf ...
