Flask Macro

Then why use it? Laziness? Or the ability to use your fingers for other options like secondary skills, like Vaal Haste, Vaal Grace, Vaal Molten Shell, totems and so on - again - to enhance your maximum output?

Come on dude.

To only use one finger, let's say a side button on your mouse. You then av all your fingers on your left hand free to do other stuff without disturbance. Also called "cheating". Or jerking off. Whatever floats your boat.

i heard that i can use flask macro and will not ban as long as i am not streaming, is that right?
i know it is against the terms but i just ask if anyone have an experience about that.

I heard that pigs fly and unicorn exist.
Still sane exile?

So you are saying that pressing flask buttons takes skill?

Not necessarily. Only timing and saving your flasks in longer boss fights takes some knowledge.

What I AM saying, on the other hand, is that freeing your fingers from the flask piano by using a macro is cheating - and is, in a competitive environment - cheating.

Wouldn't the implementation of a GCD fix this macro concern?

Come on. The game is not "balanced" around playing piano with your flasks. It's lazy design copied directly from diablo 2. Flask piano is just the result of making "better" versions of flasks that suffers from the vastly different design. There are simply no meaningful choices and you're better of mashing all the buttons at once because that's the most efficient way to keep your buffs up.

In fact, the current state of flasking is the same as with trading. Unnecessary added inconvenience to simulate difficulty instead of having a better system with quality of life.

I think they should just allow binding multiple flasks on one key so that it will be same for everyone. It's just awkward and inconvenient to mash a bunch of buttons every few seconds for no reason.

Ergonomics?

Any macros that automate the game play can result in a ban .

Macros can be detected by most company's including GGG however they have to look at your account carefully to notice them .

+ exceptions are made for players with legit disability's.
Just a sec let me grab a beer...@#*@ Ok how did I die this time

Learn the rules, it's the only way to exploit them.

It IS the same for every non-cheater.

I disagree with everything you're saying. One button to handle five flasks is just stupid, and can fuck you over completely in a longer fight - and on some builds.

I would see them nerfed when it comes to charges and charge gain, though - so you'd actually have to save the uses and think about when to use them. That would fix a lot.

It's not stupid when 99% of the flask game play consists of pushing the same buttons in 5 second intervals. That's bad game design and user interface.

I'd like that too, but as long as the current game play consists of mashing the same buttons over and over, it should be allowed to bind them on the same key.

Having a keyboard that can send interrupts to the system is...cheating. 🙄
Having a mouse that can send interrupts to the system is...cheating. 🙄
Shit, having money is cheating now...guess Stash-tabs really are P2W. 😗

Now, imagine for a second that a KB or Mouse or a Special peripheral for use by a disabled party had this built in because of the disability...and they DO. Cheating...?

------

And I hope you're not trying to cajole people into thinking a Flask BOT is = A Flask Macro...because if I miss-tap(mis-tap?) a flask macro button I lose my charges, no different to a panic for a manual user. A bot won't make that mistake, nor would anyone panic. A clear advantage over both of the previous.
