I usually have empty gear slots when I make builds as I play SSF. I just take what I can get. I enjoy that type of safe build building as well as it means I'm always confident in the lowest/worst version of the build, and am happy with it going forward.

How do you level up your RF Incinerator build? Not sure which nodes to prioritize and when to actually start using RF.

atm, I turn on RF and it just sends my hp to 1 in seconds. Not sure what I'm doing wrong; needs some context.

Hey, adamsaun!

RF needs maxed Fire Resistance (which is increased as you progress through the tree) and some decent life regen to be sustained. So start levelling some regen stuff you come across as soon as you can (Vitality, Purity of Fire, Stone Golem, Regen Totem, Enduring Cry).

To level, just start at the bottom of the tree and work your way up without skipping anything.

When ascending, choose either the 100% fire resist node (if your gear is hard to come by) or the Endurance Charge node (if Fire Resist is OVER-Capped).

You should be able to sustain RF without help around character level 50-55 (after your second ascendancy).

Levelling is slow. Unfortunately, all the damage nodes for the build are North on the tree. So I like Flame Wall with Holy Flame Totem. You can link Flame wall with the same supports that RF uses (as it's the same kind of damage). Holy Flame Totem HITS and CASTS. So anything that increases fire damage like Combustion, Fire Penetration, Faster Casting, Added Fire Damage work there.
