Someone tell me why T0 uniques get nerfed...

i've never had one so i can't really judge ;

but it looks like a game-breaking item to me. nothing natural or smooth about it.

hell when i see someone playing with it they get bigger than the screen, laggy graphics, unsmooth gameplay. looks like an april's fools item to me.

am i just telling myself that because i probably can't ever own one? maybe :)
