MAP drop nerfed after 0.10.2 ?

I just ran three 70+ maps. All were 20% quality and two were over 100% IIQ. Seven maps dropped, 5 of which were 66, and the other two were 67. The problem is not the map drop rate itself. RNG is RNG after all . But rather It's the fact that high level map running is not self-sustainable. Personally I don't think it should be possible for maps to drop that are more than 1 or 2 levels below the one you are running.
roll the same affixies as pre-patch, but have not received anything.
20+ runs on 72-74 maps(with 20quality,good affixies,high quantity) and got few 66-67(only) maps.

Every change to map drop rates was publicly documented in patch notes during closed beta. I doubt they would change this practice for open beta. GGG rarely changes anything significant without stating it in the patch notes. If there really is a reduction (which I highly doubt), it's likely a bug.

statistics, we run like 50+ 72 maps before 0.10.2 and drop was fine, maps was rare but at least they was mostly around map lvl, 66-67 maps was EXTREMELY rare on 72+ maps, after patch everything changed, and we almost out high-lvl maps right now. rng? we thought so, but now iam getting ABSOLUTELY the same information about map drop from other teams who farm high lvl maps, thats why it does not looks like RNG to myself now, map drop is not something like 6L drop, drop rate are much much more higher.

this is probably not hidden nerf, but this clearly looks like bug to me.

Version 0.10.3b
Fixed a bug introduced in 0.10.3 where some chests would drop too many items.
Increased the drop rate of Maps in non-Map areas.
Slightly increased the drop rate of high level Maps.
