RMT site bought that currency rate site
" 1. ToS are for people who play PoE, not people who own other sites and never agreed to it. 2. Offering services for money isn't illegal, even if use of those services run against the ToS of another company (for example, I couldn't start a service where the ToS says you aren't allowed to play PoE, then try to sue GGG for still letting people play it, that would be absurd). 3. rmt sites exist because people use them. GGG are right to limit the exposure they get on the forums, but imo are completely and utterly wrong in the way they handled the site in question. " I don't think that I'm special, I think people don't optimize the potential they have in all fair reason. If you think that I think I am special, then this response of your is personal and irrational in all fair reason. With all intelligence, insanity becomes the backdrop of the good man, and will sooner become what usurps the good man.
If you tell a truth that people don't want to hear, the truth will imprison you. What's the point of knowing the world, if the world never talks back and others don't listen? |

" Okay. And with that statement, we know exactly where you stand. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

" It is part of the terms of service. If an account is caught using or advertising RMT then it will be banned. GGG is a very small company. It has neither the legal authority nor the spare money to go off on a wild goose chase trying to shut down RMT sites. It's simply not possible. Forum Sheriff
