" I'm comparing weapon and chest pieces bcs these are the items that makkes differences.(not mandatory bu good to have) In melee builds dps of the weapon and in summoner builds +1 spectre chest piece make difference. ex 450+ pdps weapon is not mandatory but good to have (porbably 400pdps would be enough for all content) +1 spec on boots is not a good to have. it is mandatory. its nearly cheap. easy to craft with (bound pristine on two-tonned boots) +%90 minion damage is not good to have it is mandatory. its cheap. Ok lets talk about rare chest piecees of cyclone and summoner builds. good to have (better than belly of the beast) rare chest piece for cyclone build: (pristine serrated on astral plate not very hard to craft) maim, mana cost flat and % life https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Legion/X0Dgl4UP starts with 4ex. with nice life mods. good to have (better than vis mortis) +1 spectre rare armor. (impossible to craft +1 spectre) https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Legion/YgX97kIY nice bases starts with 15 ex. If you want a real nice base to multimod you have to spend +25ex cycolne stats (maim and mana cost) cost +3-4 ex more and craftable but +1 spectre mod costs +13-14 ex more and impossible to craft. Thats the point. |

" not really. you're singling out the chest for the +1 spectre, as if the chest is the only way to get it. the fact that it's also on boots and weapons... ie: the boots and weapons have as much or more significance than the chest. plus, vis mortis. " *sigh* [Removed by Support]

" Can you, please, use actual arguments and logic, and stick to the thread of spectre CHEST insanity, or do you need another ban? And the reason boots/weapons have more impact, is because it is near-impossible to get the chests, hence the thread. |

wtf? i JUST made a 5 point post with 5 different fact-based, logical arguments.
but the response was still just weapons:chest. ie: apples: oranges. and pretending that the chest holds more significance than weapons because (well, then there was no actual reason). further, i DID just make a logical argument (and yes, fact-based) in the post you quoted. further, re: +1 spectre boots/chest - it's the same mod. it can't be moot on boots but not on chest pieces.. it's the same mod. How many days has it been since delve league? I am still yet to get a solid chest t.t

" +1 spectre boots is mandatory. You will HAVE TO get it. Not good to have. Learn the difference between mandatory and good to have. +1 spectre chest is mandatory too. You must get at least Vis Mortis or Rare +1 chest(this is good to have better than Vis mortis) Ideal is +1 rare chest +1 rare boots +1 from skill tree. Total of 4. +1 on weapon is not for everybody. Has a huge downside. its reserving your life. |

WAT
fact: nothing you mentioned is "mandatory." ALL of it is elective/optional. a summoner can play naked and still clear t15s. fact: +1 spectre is +1 spectre fact: the added ease of +1 spectre on blue/yellow boots added a ton of power to the build, via defenses/movement speed/ehp/res. it's LESS reason for more plentiful +1 spectre non-unique chestpieces. fact: if you truly believe it's still mandatory for chestpieces, there is a cheap and plentiful unique chestpiece called "vis mortis" to use fact: you're repeatedly using OP builds as a means of comparison, instead of average builds. comparing to the most brokenly OP build of this league (ie: cyclone) isn't logical. nothing should be that strong, including cyclone. " EXACTLY. which is how balance is supposed to be. pros and cons, risk:reward. which is why uniques aren't supposed to be OP, but balanced. but thanks to all the power creep, the fairly balanced vis mortis is... can you finish this paragraph? also, there's queen's decree/escape, which doesn't reserve any life. " ...wait, what? are you actually serious? you care THIS MUCH about +1 spectre mods, but you don't even use it on a weapon? wtf?! If items are supposed to be balanced, why is an item that is potentially a bit stronger defensively, definitely weaker offensively, all in all, similar power level, about 1000+ times harder to get than Vis Mortis?
And playing the game is not mandatory, nor is being efficient. What everyone means is that spectre builds are non-viable without 4 spectres, with 4 spectres they are far from top tier. 5+ has to make huge sacrifices to the point where it is back to non-viable in most cases. And I would love to see a video of someone with no gear clearing t15s. Where do you even socket the minions if you have no gear? |

" *sigh* you can't spend 9 pages arguing about how rare spectre chests are so much better than vis and then turn around and try to argue that they're similar in power. it's a joke. just as rare spectre boots are WAY stronger than ullr. as for the last paragraph, tabula rasa. this is the same problem. you're just switching a misused word to another misused word. not only is 4 viable, 3 is. hell, 2 is. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/viable [Removed by Support]
