[3.20] Level with VAAL FLICKER STRIKE from LV28 - LEAGUE START

So i made a belt with nearly 80% ele dam on it, but when i put it on my char, the flicker strike tooltip dmg is barely going up. The skill isnt benefitting that much from stygian vide ele dam+delve mod?

So I found this jewel.

" 40% multi is really good but 1 node isnt good enough for a jewel to be good. dont settle until u find a jewel with 3 useful nodes i'd say. |

i have serious problems on boss encounter, for me, i prefer to use frenzy instead of dual strike, i tried a few times doing single target with the dual strike but i simply can't do it, dunno if it's my problem or something else :X

What do you think about this? All of these are in my middleish socket's area.
