Can anyone help me on how I can improve this build? the damage still doesn't match the damage of the Oro build that is posted, it's close, but according to the PoB it's a little lower and I don't know why.

Build still works well enough for 3.21. Lvl 50 now without issue.
Some dmg% nodes have changed around Mark Mastery but I still took them for the 10% Frenzy gain. After lvl 38 I focused more on getting the damage nodes, around attack mastery and I got Precise Technique. For Attack Mastery itself I took "NON-Vaal strike skills target addition enemy" and "5% increased attacked speed per enemy in close range". If I switch to Vaal Flicker I might swap NON-vaal to "+3 to Melee strike range". I have not taken Leech Mastery yet as I do not have issues with life leeching with Lifetap. *Edit; Replaced Lakishu with a rare drop. Went from 950dps to 1850dps... Level 44, with some trash uniques cleared up to kitava act 5, so first half works fine.
