I never said I don't know why I got banned but that I disagree with it.
The game is not pvp so me using these macros doesn't affect anyone else at all. All they do is allow me to actually play

They're justified in banning your account sadly, you did break the ToU admittedly. Your best course of action should you still want to play the game is to look for a more legitimate way to play with your disability that is within the ToU.

As someone that also suffers from physical disabilities (though not anywhere near to what you're dealing with) I do feel for you. But discussing it here isn't going to accomplish anything. They only handle that through email and none of us here have any sway over account issues in the least.

This all just reminds me of NoHandsKen, he plays and he doesn't even have hands! If he can do it, you can too!

GGG didn't owe you anything in the first place.
However, they are one of the most generous and supportive people if you do things in a proper way.

Yes, a simple e-mail with "hey guys, i have a disability, may i play your game using X, Y and Z?" WOULD'VE BEEN SUFFICE.

But no. You think you're better than this. That you deserve something just for the fact of having a disability.

The game is a multiplayer anyway. You using this program affects other people. The same as it affects other people in any MMO where you wouldn't use the PvP.

Also, PoE HAS PvP (Even if it's utter garbage and nobody is using it)

The issue if you're 'ok' or not with something doesn't stand. I don't like many ToS points either sometimes, nonetheless for a medium of entertainment it's either 'adhere to them' 'ask for individual permissions as you're a special case' or 'don't consume the medium'. Other ways aren't present. If you're messing up or simply aren't willing to do that... well.. then you DESERVE the ban, even if it feels unfair. GGG can only provide a framework for 'so many' cases. If you're disabled that's a shitty situation as it comes with many drawbacks, this is one of those.

You didn't adhere to the 'sensible' way to handle it hence you need to start from point zero. Be glad they even allowed that, GGG could actually try to perma-ban you as a person from using any license for PoE further on.

The thing is, there would have been a way, if you would have told them right at the start. If you write them and tell them the situation before starting to use 3rd party programms, they might be inclined to agree to that.

However doing it until they notice is a bit fishy. I mean you knew that you will break their rules and you did anyway. They propably would have been a lot more supportive if they wouldn't have noticed it after the fact.

well, I just got done streaming the game for six hours using button remapping software and voiceattack.

players are more than welcome to voice their opinion on gamers with disabilities because I've heard them all before:

*This gamer with a disability was able to do it so every gamer with a disability should be able to if they try hard enough.
*Not all games are for everyone.
*life isn't fair, just deal with it.

This is what gamers with disabilities have to deal with EVERY SINGLE DAY.

The only people whose opinions I care about are staff because I blatantly used third-party software to draw attention to this issue because otherwise I would have no other choice but to not use the product, and frankly this game seems pretty decent and worth playing, even throwing some money into it.

So what's it going to be, staff? Exclude people with disabilities who need third-party software in order to play? Or will you make exceptions for adaptive tech and the software required to use it?

And yeah, we do. You can do two things about it, give up and just whinge on about your problems or you can get creative and figure out a way to deal with them. Up to you which you wanna do, I dunno about you but I'd rather get creative. Or just move on. If you can't figure out a way to play within the rules then you should expect the consequences. That applies with any game you play.
