PS4 Crash on Launch

Crashing at initial logo screen as well for me on a ps4 pro on UK account. Tried reistall no help.

Were any of you able to reach the login screen at least once (with an internet connection enabled) on the accounts which are crashing on launch attempt?

Sadly not.
Oh, and one more thing that probably isn't the cause, but I'll share anyways: I'm using the same email for my PC PoE account as the primary PS4 account. Will probably make another PC account and then a PS4 account and test in a bit, but it's unlikely lol. EDIT: Made another PoE PC account, logged in, made a character, closed the app, then created a new PSN account (again, same settings) with the same email as PC and was able to start the game on the brand new account. New Info. Since the game keeps crashing upon starting, I decided to try the join session button on PS4 and it worked. It lets me go into the game fine. It can still randomly crash though so just a temporary fix

" Not big at all. Game works perfectly fine if a friend invites to play, if they leave the game will crash. Starting game crashes at Grinding Gears. Toggling showing as offline and online may sometimes get to login screen but crash within 5min. Installed the game on wife PS4 and works like a charm. Tried her network cable, so this is not friend or internet related, something is crashing the game for people for unknown reason. Fully run PC-Doctor extended Hard Drive test with no failures, so bad hdd is not the cause either. |

One of the engineers has told me he's made a change which is intended to address this issue that some are experiencing. We'll have this included in the coming update. Thanks for all of your reports & info.
