Hello everyone,
Thanks for your reports. We're aware of the crash on launch issue affecting some users and will be investigating. To clarify, I believe some of you have mentioned being able to launch, and login on different accounts? Is this correct? | |

Yes have tested same 3 accounts on two different ps4 same results, same two can always log in, other one crashes on ggg initial promotion screen thing

Yes, I can log into any other account on my PS4, start PoE, and then login to the PoE servers and play the game just fine.
Starting the game when logged into my main account (username Jmac-Himself if that helps) will crash on the GGG logo screen if connected to the internet. If not connected to a network, I can launch the game on my main account, but when I reconnect and press the 'Options' button to start playing, it starts authenticating and then crashes. | |

Region two are from eu that work, the one from us doesn’t , also the two eu accounts do not have ps+ , but the account with does have ps+

For comparison, my main account that can't login and secondary that can are virtually the same. Both US accounts, same privacy settings, no parental controls on either. The usernames are the same barring the placement of a hyphen. Neither has PS+
The avatars, cover photo and profile message don't match, but I highly doubt that's related. EDIT: And my third account that is able to login is the same deal. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. EDIT2: Went through every single privacy and account setting on my main account, including avatar, about me, and cover photo, and set them all to the default to match my secondary accounts and I'm still crashing. At least that's narrowed down. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ EDIT3: Also probably unrelated, but I'm trying to provide all the info I can: The primary account has way more trophies than the other accounts (2100+ vs. sub 10) Last edited by Jmac#3893 on Mar 26, 2019, 7:01:36 PM
