PS4 Crash on Launch

Today it happend to me, right after loading ( initial loading) game crash.

My long distance friend is having the same issue. I don't have much information but I'll try to relay the issue the best I can.

She recently redownloaded PoE on her PS4 about 2 days ago and when she started it up it didn't even make it to the title screen. 2-3 reinstall attempts later after the 2 days, same problem.

We've tried researching the past 2 days and we've found nothing to fix it.

It's disappointing because she was really hyped to play together. If there's any information that can fix this problem it would be much appreciated.
