From a very casual point of view:
I really don't like the league mechanincs. It's like maping, but with way more effort to build mods. Also I don't have control over what I'm building since most modifiers are random and very distant, and when I finally get something I like memories either disappear and I can't run at all or the effort I put is simple not rewarding. For me rewarding is getting more exp and currency, since I don't craft at all, and the "simple" craft I know by chaos and regal uses don't work for the league items. The idea of building my dungeon was cool at first but I found it frustrating because as I said when I build something I like I can run it only once. Comparing to Delve where I can run the environment I like and just kill mobs ad infinitum this really saddens me. Maybe if they change it so that the number of runs of any memory linked is the sum of all linked memories uses, and it only start decaying after you link and run a modifier/reward, dunno. Just wish I had more incentive to run memories instead of mapping and delving. Right now there are many things to do that require my little game time, and memories are just not worth all that time.
