Oh lord, this is the same guy who told mw my opinion didnt matter last league because I was 40/40 and that meant I wasnt the average player. This guy must think he is some self righteous prick becaise here he is again telling everyone thay doesnt agree with him that there lazy etc. Then stating all the complaints are void lol.

I can claim that vector calculus isn't all that complicated. It's easy after the 5th or 6th time you teach the course. Same here. Once you understand something, it's really hard to see why other people can't.

Dude they can make it as complex as they want just make the rewards show for it it's that simple like connect puzzle who gives a shit. People wanna be rewarded with the effort like right now it isn't that's the point and apparently OP and a few people don't get that.
You think a 20 sequence block is better rewards then lets say one single uber lab? No absolutely not. You think you're going to get some sick ass loot from the previews when they showed you from that trailer? You expect it right? No of course not that shit is very VERY hard to make which is another problem there's no middle ground for that only the top tier people can do that. Which is a not a bad thing in my book seeing my elitist half likes that but for many people else that's horrible with that being said other then the chances of possibly crafting a god tier item there's nothing to show for it. Nobody gives a flying fuck about extra mobs they don't even drop maps dude in terms of memories. Let me explain how this league is rewarding: The point isn't to get good gear on your own. The point is to essentially CREATE YOUR OWN DUNGEON. Creating your own dungeon... IS the lionshare of the reward!! I repeat: You get to make your own dungeons. Your own super crazy boss filled, over modded dungeons! You can't do that in Breach, Incursion, Beyond, and with Delve it's generated by the the game. But this time, players make their own content! And in doing so they create a new pool of Synthesis gear that will join the Elder/Shaper gear. It's not meant as your usual carrot/stick combo. It's more of a communal global bonus to loot - it's a big picture thing were players interact with the economy in a deterministic big picture way. You're literally melting down all the unwanted item bases in order to make a concentrated pool of boosted item bases that more closely reflect the meta. That's the will of the playerbase overriding the will of RNG. It's BRILLIANT - however...
GGG's mistake is that they don't allow players to sell standalone tickets to one another's dungeons, or hell, even sell pieces of the dungeons themselves, THEN maybe you'd experience in a more immediate sense that the dungeon itself is a part of the REWARDS OF THIS LEAGUE. And I ask this: What's more interesting? You're own fucking dungeon, or a pair of '+5' boots? How about a pair of '+3ae' boots that you generated from within your own fucking dungeon. That's Synthesis league. The better dungeon master you become, the better you're going to end up doing with the synthesis crafting. I'm sorry but this discussion reminds me back when people were quitting Delve because NOBODY WAS UPGRADING THEIR DARKNESS RESIST and nobody knew that there was loot outside of the pathway. But do whatever you want. Btw I would play this league if I could. But sometimes you don't get to play the games you love. I don't think that's a mark against my sincerity. I've watched ZiggyD's explainations. I've seen Mathil's PoV. I've read your complaints and I've looked at the data for myself. I've been playing this game since closed beta. I think I get the gist of Synthesis is about well enough to comment on the big picture. And you're free to disagree as I'm sure you would. |
