Game Creates Instances on Servers i have very different pings with

I'm still connected to Singapore Server even on wildly different pings
The normal ping is around 60
Sometimes, the instance a game creates is 200 ping
Sometimes, the instance it creates is 100 ping

it feels like drawing the lottery when creating instances, even the ping on my hideout is 60, a new instance created (map or delve) becomes 200.

Just reporting but a question i have is:
How do i make it so that i'm more likely to create an instance that is the regular 60 ping.

(i didn't play betrayal but it isn't like this during delve league)

Yes the last 2 Leagues were OK on Singapore servers. The last league which had the same issues was the Incursion league, Bestiary was even worse and nearly unplayable. I can reproduce this problem 1:1 in Synthesis and I live in Bangkok. I also reported this problem in Incursion and Bestiary and it got a little bit better as the player numbers decreased some time after the league started.
This is clearly an infrastructure problem in their server backend in Singapore and they need to expand their server infrastructure in order to cope with the amopunt of players.
GGG don't cheap out give us a good gaming experience here.
yeah, i feel like Southeast Asia region is the most neglected, they didn't even bother opening PoE on steam again even after Garena ended. But most importantly, we need fix for this server issue, it's so bad.

It may be related to this but you'd have to run an mtr to check the endpoint, when you have a bad instance, to find out.

I did a WinMTR inside a bad instance and there are some interesting results:

At "bbr01.eq01.ams01.networklayer.com" the ping suddenly jumps from 34 to 205 and a whois lookup seems to confirm that the game opens the Instance on a US server even tough I have Singapore Gateway selected.

Furthermore "ae5.cbs02.eq01.ams02.networklayer.com" seems to have high packet loss.

Is this a MTR to Singapore? It looks like it's going from your ISP -> Amsterdam -> Paris -> Singapore.

Edit: I've opened a request for our host to investigate.

If anyone else from Thailand or The Philippines with the same issue could collect a WinMTR to the gateway, it would be extra helpful in tracking down this problem.
Here is a WinMTR from the PH going to SG
