Are you guys still having this issue?

If so, could you run a MTR to 161.202.203.211 for me?
Problem still exists:

Also if you get an actual Singapore instance with a direct route the performane on those is also very poor:

And here the WinMTR of that segment:

Is this a server that has been bought to temporarely tackle the load on league start?

Update from our server host:

"
The networks related to this issue (CAT Telecom AS4651 and Globe Telecom AS4775) are taking sub-optimal inbound paths to our network. We do connect with these networks in the APAC region. I have emailed both networks asking if they can adjust the inbound path from these APAC sources to enter our network within region rather than going through another region (EU for CAT Telecom and US for Globe Telecom). I will update you once I have received a response from these networks.

Any update yet? The game is still hardly playable especially now that I reached more of the endgame yet.
Hey I am not the only one!
No reply yet, I'm afraid.

I'm still connected to Singapore Server even on wildly different pings
The normal ping is around 60
Sometimes, the instance a game creates is 200 ping
Sometimes, the instance it creates is 100 ping

it feels like drawing the lottery when creating instances, even the ping on my hideout is 60, a new instance created (map or delve) becomes 200.

Just reporting but a question i have is:
How do i make it so that i'm more likely to create an instance that is the regular 60 ping.

(i didn't play betrayal but it isn't like this during delve league)

I might be having the same problem
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2465527
is this it?
I'm connecting from Srilanka usually my goto gateway is Singapore
It's exactly the same for me and I'm from EU, while using Frankfurt server (but it's the same for Milan that I've been using too, for a couple of days).

The funny thing is that I can teleport back from a map to my hideout and ping instantly turns into stable 60 ms.

Then I go back to the instanced map and it instantly goes up to 120-200 and keeps fluctuating.

Then I go back to the hideout and it's yet again back to stable 60 ms.

It's like the game creates the map instances on random servers that still have some free resources left and then redirects you, regardless of your location (and thus your ping).
