At "bbr01.eq01.ams01.networklayer.com" the ping suddenly jumps from 34 to 205 and a whois lookup seems to confirm that the game opens the Instance on a US server even tough I have Singapore Gateway selected.

Furthermore "ae5.cbs02.eq01.ams02.networklayer.com" seems to have high packet loss.

The networks related to this issue (CAT Telecom AS4651 and Globe Telecom AS4775) are taking sub-optimal inbound paths to our network. We do connect with these networks in the APAC region. I have emailed both networks asking if they can adjust the inbound path from these APAC sources to enter our network within region rather than going through another region (EU for CAT Telecom and US for Globe Telecom). I will update you once I have received a response from these networks.

Just to give you an update. CAT Telecom has escalated this to the "CAT Broadband" team to investigate. Global Telecom has escalated this internally.
