DX11 Error - Crashing every other instance

Been getting these problems since patch where every other instance my client will crash with an error relating to DX11, had zero problems the last few leagues with the client and its getting extremely frustrating now to deal with.

Is anyone having similar issues or found a fix at all?

Computer Spec:
i7-6700
GTX 1080
16GB RAM
Running on 260GB SSD through steam.

Will try to replicate error later to post screenshots.

14/3/2019 UPDATE : Have emailed GGG about it an awaiting a email back, I see multiple more threads popping up with same issue yet no workarounds as of yet. Most seem to be Nvidea high end cards having the issue.

Have updated the original post with a screenshot of the crash.

Anyone have any idea? I'm crashing nearly every instance now i'm at maps.

Client are riddled with problems right now. Random crashes, high lap spikes, screen freezes. I also have the random crashes (every 30 min or so) and lag spikes. Never had any issue before this patch.

I thing GGG is on their supposed "1 week break" after the launch considering there is absolutely no response in any crash related threads in the forums right now.

This is an "Out of Memory"-Error, s. also my (last) post in GPU fan is howling in Mud Geyser Map and Fetid Pool.

But you are using the 64-bit client, or?

Yes using 64 bit, your symptoms are nothing like my unfortunately so I don't think their related. My crash happens when entering instances and only started since 3.6 patch.

Confirming new patch didnt solve the issue either, Have reinstalled POE to see if that will help.

I think, they are relating, cause also my crashes occurred when leaving an instance and entering another (new) instance.

Just to confirm, a full fresh install didnt help

Got the same problem. Game keeps crashing every few minutes with this exception message.
