DX11 Error - Crashing every other instance

I have tried pretty much anything i came across right now.
I verified game files via steam
I reinstalled DX in the redist folder of PoE
I reinstalled DX in the CommonRedist folder of Steam
I tried to change the config.ini to see if it somehow affects the DX11 crashes.
I completely removed Path of Exile from my PC and reinstalled it.

My gpu driver is the latest and I also updated Win10 to the latest version.


Still crashes after a few minutes of Playtime.

Still getting the same issues, GGG care to follow up on this? Getting abit ridiculous that a lot of us are suffering from 20 - 30 crashes a night to play the game.

I've also been having some very often crashes (mainly every new map I've entered since a few hours today) mainly after I've done the most recent Windows 10 update (not sure if it's related) but it's a lot less severe before the update.

Same here, DC all the time.

it does not work with me fullsdreen, throw me out when I go to do it alt-tab.
It started to happen in this new league, before that, the game worked very well.
The problem appeared in this league because the options are removed from the graphic of the settings: Shadows on/off and DirectX 9, 10 ,11...
I do not understand why the graphics options from the game are removed, it seems to me that you are deliberately working against your game :/
I have the same problem and I tried this in the hope that the game will work:
3 times delete and instal game.
Reinstal win7
update all drivers for my PC
instal dxwebsetup
instal Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64
instal dxcpl
cleanup Disk - no bad sector
started PackCheck - everything is OK
update D3DCompiler_47.dll
used it CCleaner
diafragment HDisk
repair my Disk - no bad sector
delete production_Config
change screeen to production_Config
cleaned the computer from the virus

and much much more than I can not remember everything :)
Of course, all the suggestions from the forum I tried and did not succeed
The game still does not work properly and if I'm trying to fix it for 3 days :/

If someone finds a solution, I would be very grateful to share it with us.

there is no "redist" folder inside the PoE folder, atleast for the steam version.. all we can find is this...



having this problem since the new patch, didnt occured in the last 2 years...
also tried to remove both shader directorys - still crashing.

Can confirm there is no 'redist' folder for steam version

Updated original post, have emailed GGG and awaiting a reply to see about a fix for this.

Have linked other threads about the problem and keeping an eye out incase someone comes up with a solution.

Update : Last night I switched from steam to standalone, although this was the same time as the latch so cannot confirm which one fixed it.

After switching to standalone I received zero crashes for the entire evening, compared to my 20+

I will update this again if I experience anymore crashes today
