EU Latency/Connectivity Issues [Deutsche Telekom/1&1]

Hey, still having lags.
Its been "better" in the last days but not still not really playable.

10-20% PL are now ~2%

ISP: Vodafone
Country: Germany
Gateway: Frankfurt

Called my ISP twice, told me everything is fine :(

Definitely a problem between you and your ISP. They're introducing 2% packet loss right from the start.
Tonight was fairly decent for the first time (using Amsterdam) without major hiccups (still have desyncs here and there but not as ridicules as the last few weeks). Has there been any updates with the servers or such Mr.Fitzy?

Nothing should have changed directly on our side, I think. I have escalated this to our server providers to work on, but I am not sure what they're trying currently.

There is also nothing to suggest that this is server related, so far.
Hey, I've also been experiencing latency issues since the start of Synthesis. It's been especially bad the past few days.

ISP: Telekom
Country: Slovenia
Gateway: Typically I use Frankfurt, but I've tested Amsterdam, Milan, London (on all of them I've encountered this problem).

Latency spikes can be several seconds long, during that time the game is essentially frozen.

A few observations:
- The latency appears to be dependent on the instance (recreating an instance usually helps).
- It seems it happens to whatever server I connect (also non-EU).
- The problem disappears if I use a US-based VPN and connect to Washington for example.

I did a tracert/WinMTR of the server where I experienced lag (based on the logs/Client):

I think someone fixed something, I have had a stable connection to the game from 12 am today until now 6.18 pm
Seems to be fixed,

I struggled with it for the last week, yesterday 11 pm EST it was gone. No DC since that time. Don't know what you did, but it worked!

No it isn't fixed. and even i can port 2 3 instances especially in delve it starts to lag and shutter in some point.

I don't know about you but I had a stable connection since 12 am up until now without closing the game even once. Don't lose hope man, chances are high that they are working to fix this for everybody.
Seems to be fixed for me as well. Only thing I did was clearing the dns cache but I doubt that changed anything.
