PoE 3.24 Cheat Sheets (QOL Info)

With GGG’s new Master system, every league expands upon the rest making the game bigger and bigger each time. For a new player this becomes very overwhelming, and can often frustrate or even discourage them to continue playing the game.

These “Cheat Sheets” will hopefully provide a hub for QOL info that softens that feeling of despair, and gives new and experienced players alike a place where they can catch up on the latest systems within the game and learn some profitable ways to use them.

I am by no means an expert on the game, and are fairly new myself with my measly 1700 hours played. Some of the info might not be optimal or even right, but hopefully I can update and elaborate this document further as time goes with the help of this thread.

Here is a link to the open Google Doc:

Use Google Doc link. Pictures is only to get an idea of what the doc includes.
Not sure if you're able to print a version, but I can put togheter a normal word doc for that if you're interested.
My I offer some comments? Note that it's just my opinion.

1 - Nice cheat sheet! Will be useful even for not-newbies. Good job! :)

2 - In the leveling guides, another option in act1 would be grabbing the Cavern's waypoint prior to getting Allflame (Nessa's gems + direct DC/TP from Fairgraves). In act2 it may be faster to venture north before going south (less backtracking and no spear stuck in inventory: Weaver-Town1+2-Riverways-Wetland). In act4, some people unlock the WP in Grand Arena and Kaom's Stronghold and only then do the bosses (can make a difference for low level characters or non-optimized builds).

3 - Maps. Very low tier maps may be transmuted instead of alched, specially for people who can't gain a lot of currency. Personal curiosity: is vaaling yellow maps even worth it?

4 - Incursion. The same colour scheme for the rooms worthiness and the corruption outcomes can be a lil bit confusing at first. Minor stuff.

First of all, thanks for your comments!

2. Leveling guide has been updated.
Act 1: Changed as I agree this is the more optimal solution.
Act 2: Changed, and a note for optional QS flask in Den has been added.
Act 4: Have added note for the bosses and the different ways to do this.

3. Deleted T1 alc. Personally I find even the lower maps returns at least 1 alc worth of loot. I also find vaaling yellow maps worth it if the build can do all/most map mods. If it's a better option then only doing a Zana mod or alc/go is debatable. Have added a note for this.

4. Could you elaborate on this a bit further?
Colors are ment to more easily show good/meh/bad choices/outcomes.
Any idea how to change this?

Oh, what I wanted to say is that at first glance it confused me a bit since I thought that the corruption outcomes had something to do with the different rooms because they share the same colors. Like a description. Of course it's obvious if one thinks about it.
Basically, my sleepy silly self associated currency chests (Wealth of the Vaal) with having vaal implicit mods (green) and short-circuited for a second. *facepalm*

Honestly I don't have a suggestion for that, sorry. The color scheme is the same as in Betrayal and there it was relatively clear what the meaning is.

Speaking of which, would it be useful stating that safehouse leaders have two benches / stashes?

Haha, no worries.
I see what you are saying, and I'm going to have it in the back of my head and change it if I can come up with a better solution.

Regarding the stashes in Betrayal:
I feel that is more or less common knowledge at this point.
I could add a note for it, but I don't want to clutter the sheets with more info than needed.
League start is rapidly approaching!
I will go pretty hard the first few days, but will try to update the Google Doc with info on Synthesis as soon as it comes out after that.
Feel free to send me info to change/add if you feel like it.

Good luck on the League start!
